Hurler

Hurler is a powerful and selective translocated herbicide. It is made for use on grassland. Unlike many similar herbicidal products, Hurler can be safely used on newly-sown grass. Hurler is very effective against broad-leaved weeds including common chickweed, field forget-me-not, henbit dead-nettle, red dead-nettle, charlock, common poppy, groundsel, mayweed, shepherd’s purse, speedwell, volunteer rape, cleavers, knotgrass, black bind-weed, broad-leaved dock, common nettle.

Rate of Application of Hurler

When using on young grass, apply 0.75 litres of Hurler per hectare in 200 – 400 litres of water per hectare. Hurler should be used in the autumn or spring, when weeds are actively growing. Make sure that grasses have 3 fully expanded leaves at the time of application. 

For strong, established grass, use 2L of Hurler per hectare, equating to 800ml per acre.
